How long does shipping take?

We source our products from all over the world, so often shipping takes about 10 - 20 days. However, since it can occasionally take longer we provide free shipping on all orders. Utilizing slower shipping is one of the many ways we can provide an incredible value to you. 

How do I return a product I bought?

We want you to be happy, so you can return a product up to 30 days after you receive your order and we'll provide you with a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Depending on the product, you may have to send it back to us. To initiate a return and refund, email us at tommy@tommytrends.com.
